An individual can establish or contribute to more than one type of IRA, but the annual contribution cannot exceed the maximum allowable contribution or 100 percent of compensation.

What is an IRA Transfer?
A transfer occurs when the IRA funds are directly transferred from one institution to another institution. There is no IRS reporting.

What is an IRA Rollover?
A rollover occurs when IRA funds are directly paid to the customer. The customer has 60 days following the date funds are received to roll the IRA funds into same type of IRA. Rollover transactions are reportable to the IRS.

What is the deadline for IRA contributions?
Contributions made to an IRA for any tax year must be made by the due date (excluding extensions), which usually is April 15th. If April 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline will change to the next business day.

Yes. Debit cards may be activated by calling 1-877-296-2736. You must know your existing PIN to complete the activation. If you do not know your existing PIN, please visit any of our convenient locations and apply for a new one.
