First Savings Bank Debit Cards

    At First Savings Bank we make it easy with Instant Issue Debit Cards! When you open your account we will “Instantly” issue you a Debit Card and you will choose your own PIN. No waiting for a card to arrive in the mail or having to memorize a new PIN you didn’t choose.

Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card

If you are a debit card customer

  • Step 1. Contact us at 1-833-372-4968 or report your card lost or stolen to VISA at 1-877-418-2669 anytime.
  • Step 2. If you have reported the card to VISA, please contact us immediately to order a new card and dispute any fraudulent transactions.
  • Step 3. We can either order a new card to be delivered or you can stop into any of our convenient locations to have a card printed. Once you have received your card, ensure you have changed any bills to be paid from the new card number to avoid delay.

If you are a credit card customer

  • Step 1. Sign into your Card Service Center account or call them at 1-800-367-7576 to report it as lost or stolen.
  • Step 2. Be sure to report any suspicious transactions to Card Service Center and ask them to order a new card with a new card number.
  • Step 3. Card Service Center will send a new card in the mail to the address they have on file.

Your debit card will be fully functional the morning following the day you open your account.

My card is damaged - can I get a new one?

Absolutely! You can visit any of our convenient locations to have a card reprinted, or if you cannot stop by a location give us a call at 1-833-372-4968 to have one mailed to you.
